Challenge

Staircraft Group has successfully designed products such as staircases for building projects for over three decades, but there was a growing demand within the industry for everything to be developed through Autodesk Revit. In order to adapt, the company wanted to expand its existing workflows to incorporate this BIM product, thus enabling them to continue working in harmony with their clients.

Solution

Graitec has been able to provide Staircraft Group with the bespoke solutions they were looking for and quickly helped a team with little experience in Revit to carry out the tasks they needed. This involved demonstrating how to export their design data into advanced Revit models, which could then be shared with clients. This has been vital in enabling Staircraft to carry on providing their manufacturing expertise within the modern construction environment.
