Download Advance Steel Extension for Revit 2021 and Update Autodesk Desktop App

Before downloading Advance Steel Extention for Revit 2021, you must first download and install Revit 2021 on your computer. Download it from your Autodesk account. You can then download the Advance Steel Extension for Revit, as it is not included in the out of box install.

Download Advance Steel Extension for Revit installer

You can download the Advance Steel Extension for Revit installer from your Autodesk account by selecting the   icon from your Taskbar if you have it pinned or from the Start menu, by typing Autodesk top App in the search field.

Expand the flyout next to your name and scroll to and select the Access my complete list of products and services.

Select the Product Updates panel.

Locate the Advance Steel Extension for Revit 2021 or the  hotfix’s.

• The Advance Steel 2021 extension should be only used for Revit 2021
• Check your system requirements for the extension installation as it requires a 64-bit version of Windows.
• The Advance Steel Extension for Revit installation routine uses the Autodesk Setup installer and can also be installed from the Autodesk Desktop App.
• If you don’t have the most recent version of the app you can use the link under the figure Autodesk Desktop App.

The extension will be accessible on the Add-ins tab when you open Revit 2021.
