Le HUB project integrates offices, shops, a gas station, restaurants and automated parking in the same building. With its unique architectural signature, this project will be a landmark in the City of Saint-Hubert, located at one of the major gateways to the City and linking the Promenades Saint-Bruno to the highway.
The amalgamation of functions within the same building offers a new formula for cohabitation in the city. The integration of a service station underneath the building consolidates the development of the site by reducing the footprint and optimizing the green spaces.
The automated multi-story car park maximizes the number of underground parking spaces and minimizes the number of outdoor spaces.
