Teilnahmebedingungen für das iPad-Gewinnspiel bei WIRE 2024

1. Veranstalter
Das Gewinnspiel wird veranstaltet von GRAITEC, Aegidientorplatz 2b 30159 Hannover, im Rahmen der WIRE 2024 Messe.

2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Besucher der WIRE 2024, die nach einem Gespräch mit einem GRAITEC-Mitarbeiter ihre Kontaktdaten hinterlassen. Mitarbeiter der Firma GRAITEC sowie deren Familienangehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Teilnehmer müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.

3. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Um am Gewinnspiel teilzunehmen, müssen die Teilnehmer nach einem persönlichen Gespräch mit einem GRAITEC-Mitarbeiter auf der WIRE 2024 ihre Kontaktdaten (Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse) hinterlassen. Die Teilnahme ist nur während der Veranstaltungsdauer möglich.

4. Gewinn
Der Gewinn besteht aus einem iPad im Wert von ca. 600 EUR. Der Gewinn ist nicht übertragbar und kann nicht in Bargeld ausgezahlt werden.

5. Auslosung und Gewinnbenachrichtigung
Der Gewinner wird nach dem Zufallsprinzip aus allen Teilnehmern, die ihre Kontaktdaten hinterlassen haben, ausgewählt. Die Auslosung findet innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem Ende der Messe statt. Der Gewinner wird über die angegebene Kontaktinformation (Telefon oder E-Mail) benachrichtigt. Reagiert der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen auf die Gewinnbenachrichtigung, verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und ein neuer Gewinner wird ausgelost.

6. Haftungsausschluss
GRAITEC haftet nicht für technische oder sonstige Probleme, die außerhalb des Einflussbereichs liegen und die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel oder die Auslosung des Gewinns beeinträchtigen könnten.

7. Datenschutz
Persönlichen Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, es sei denn, es ist für die Abwicklung des Gewinns notwendig. Die Teilnehmer erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass ihre Daten im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zum Datenschutz gespeichert und verarbeitet werden.

8. Schlussbestimmungen
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erklären sich die Teilnehmer mit den Teilnahmebedingungen einverstanden.

Terms and Conditions for the iPad contest at WIRE 2024

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by GRAITEC, Aegidientorplatz 2b 30159 Hannover, as part of the WIRE 2024 fair.

2. Eligibility
All visitors of WIRE 2024 who leave their contact details after a conversation with a GRAITEC employee are eligible to participate. GRAITEC employees and their family members are excluded from participation. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

3. Conditions of Participation
To participate in the giveaway, participants must leave their contact details (name, address, telephone number, and email address) after a personal conversation with a GRAITEC employee at WIRE 2024. Participation is only possible during the event duration.

4. Prize
The prize consists of an iPad valued at approximately 600 EUR. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Drawing and Notification of Winner
The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who have left their contact details. The drawing will take place within 14 days after the end of the fair. The winner will be notified via the provided contact information (phone or email). If the winner does not respond within 14 days to the notification, they will forfeit their claim to the prize and a new winner will be drawn.

6. Disclaimer
GRAITEC is not liable for technical or other issues that are beyond their control and that could affect participation in the giveaway or the drawing of the prize.

7. Data Protection
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the processing of the prize. Participants agree that their data may be stored and processed in accordance with legal data protection regulations.

8. Final Provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
