Role purpose/Objective

Your role will be to sell Advance Design in Italy You will be part of the SIMULATE solution line and you will report directly to the Italy Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve your Sales target as defined by your manager.
  • Profile the Graitec Italy installed base and identify potential customers for your product
  • Develop and implement a strategy for approaching prospects (with or without the support of local Territory Sales)
  • Run the sales process with the support of the Italy Country Manager
    • Position the solution and value key benefits

Required experience

  • Experience selling complex software, SAAS, and services solutions to B2B customers, preferably in the CAD, AEC, MFG or IT markets
  • Have sold or highly aware of simulation solution dedicated to engineering department.
  • Experience in the AEC Industry preferably Architects and Engineers
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and possess a strong ability to educate, influence, and persuade others

Role purpose/Objective

To support its exponential growth, Graitec is looking for a Projects Director with proven experience. His / Her primary responsibilities will be to provide leadership, vision, and management to the Custom Development team. The Projects Director will report directly to the CTO and will focus on planning and execution of the convergence strategy to streamline infrastructure, processes and best practices for funded development, coordinating the Custom Development team across multiple countries (+40 FTE from France, UK and Canada).

The Projects Director will bring accountable consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of development and all custom development teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development Strategy

  • Oversee all development-related technologies, evaluate them according to established goals and make recommendations to business decision-makers
  • Serve as the central decision-maker and strive to successfully fulfil the vision of project stakeholders, clients, and prospective users
  • Manage development tools (automatic testing tools, automatic code checkers, crash collecting, client feedback, etc.) and procedures (peer code review, post-development documentation, bug-tracking management, etc.)

About the Team hiring

You will be part of the Leadership team reporting directing to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will lead an international team of Solution Sales representatives and Technical experts focused on growing the business of the FABRICATE Solution Line.

The hero product sold by this group is called “Advance Workshop” (formerly Arma+) and counts 8200 seats , across multiple customers in more than 15 countries. Advance Workshop is a Product Management system dedicated to the construction industry and helping manufacturers to optimize and streamline their production process, from ordering goods to managing stocks, driving NC machines, loading trucks, delivering construction sites and managing plannings.

 

Role purpose/Objective

Your role will be to define, own and execute the best strategy for growing the business of the Solution Line you are in charge.

Depending on the maturity of the product in the various geos where Graitec operates, you will setup the Solution Line sales team or animate the existing one, you will develop (together with the team) a strategy to penetrate the market, secure our position and gain market shares against competition. You will also lead a global team helping you to create marketing activities (in collaboration with the corporate Marketing group) and drive sales excellence. Your will engage strongly with the Product team for providing feedback and contributing to Product strategy decisions.

Graitec operates in a matrix framework environment where Solution Sales representatives collaborate with territory teams (“Account Sales representatives”) who are helping to connect to customers in a framework where success is shared.

Your role will be to run the subsidiary with a primary focus on Sales Growth. Job Description

 To support that exponential growth, Graitec is looking for a Software Factory Director with a proven experience. He / She will implement Graitec’s Research and Development policies, objectives and initiatives, ensuring that all product development activities strengths the organization’s competitive position and increase the profitability.

The Software Factory Director will report directly to the CTO and will have a focus on strategic planning ensuring product roadmap implementation, one centrally-managed Graitec Software Factory infrastructure and one commonly shared workflow and best practice, coordinating the development team across multiple countries (+80 FTE from Romania, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, Czech Republic).

The Software Factory Director will drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of product development and across all development teams. He / She will have specific responsibilities in what it means maximizing the efficiency of the IP development, providing consistent top-notch quality and maintaining a strong and competitive innovation portfolio, preempting technological shift.

The position will be based preferable in Europe in the office of your choice (preferred locations include Bucharest and Paris).

 

Objectives of the Software Factory Director 

  • Product Development Strategy
    • Oversee all development-related technologies, evaluate them according to established goals and make recommendations to business decision-makers
    • Build the Product development roadmap jointly with the CPO
    • Develop the organization’s development infrastructure (i.e. automatic testing tools, automatic code checkers, translation systems, crash collecting, client feedback, etc.) and procedures (i.e. peer code review, post development documentation, bug-tracking management, automatic builds, etc.)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Product Specialist in the Graitec Product Management Team under the responsibility of the Product Director and the Product Manager, with Autodesk Revit and Advance Powerpack expertise and extensive knowledge of AEC industry and Graitec customers. The Senior Product Specialist will join GRAITEC’s strategy team to spearhead the promotion of Advance Powerpack for Revit contributing to technical specifications writing, but not only.
