The structural model created in Autodesk® Advance Steel can be exported in IGES and STEP formats. One can get this export using the “Export to ACIS” functionality from Graitec PowerPack 2020.1 version, which runs on top of Autodesk® Advance Steel 2020 version.
The resulted IGES or STEP files can be imported in other modeling software. In addition, these formats are widely requested by many manufacturers for designing molds or for pricing manufactured parts.
Only selected parts or assemblies from the model can be exported using the “Export parts to ACIS” command:

Using the “Export model to ACIS” option, the entire model can be exported in the desired format.

The resulted file (STEP or IGES) contains all the elements from the model (straight / curved beams, plates, bolts, etc.), which can be further imported in other CAD modeling software for visualization, or for adding additional modelling components (for example, the mechanical parts).
