GRAITEC Power Pack for Autodesk® Revit® is an innovative tool for rebar detailing and modeling using engineering BIM data, helping users to create, design, document, track and control structural members of a BIM project whilst also working in multiple BIM environments.
The Power Pack for Autodesk® Revit® allows users to create, update, and modify reinforcement cages for slabs, walls, beams, columns, and footings. Reinforcement can be done automatically, based on numerous parameters, which can be either imported or set manually.
The Power Pack for Autodesk® Revit® is enhanced with new functionalities and improvements with high benefits for the end-user and works to various international standards to automate the design and creation of 3D rebar cages and produce related documentation including design reports, drawings, and schedules, for common concrete Column, Beam, Footing, Wall and Slab elements. To make it easier to find commands typical for different GRAITEC PowerPack for Autodesk® Revit package configurations, changes have been made to the distribution of commands available on PowerPack ribbons.
On the PowerPack Design ribbon, users can find commands for designing rebar cages according to international design codes, including commands: for managing projects, assigning calculation settings, running analysis, checking results, and preparing documentation.
With the Power Pack for Autodesk® Revit® users have the possibility to easily calculate an entire group of elements simultaneously. The main advantages are:

Power Pack for Autodesk® Revit® can be used to customize a structural element's geometry and reinforcement, defining combinations and loads, automatically generating 3D rebar and the corresponding reinforcement drawings, as well as generating reports.
The GRAITEC PowerPack for Autodesk® Revit® seamlessly integrates with Autodesk® Revit, Advance Design, GRAITEC OMD, and even operates as standalone, offering a practical solution that simplifies the workflow between structural engineers and technicians.
GRAITEC PowerPack for Autodesk® Revit® can be used at any stage of the process to support multiple workflows, from completely isolated processes to fully connected BIM. For example, the reinforcement generator can interrogate the FEM results to automatically calculate rebar or can be used on its own to simply generate rebar cages based on user input. Equally, the user can apply estimated forces and use reinforcement design to produce reinforcement cages for the entire project's columns, beams, walls, footings, and slabs - very powerful for estimating as reinforcement can be created for an entire project in minutes.
Construction engineers often deal with large project sites, where they need to calculate and reinforce hundreds of structural elements. In these situations, in order to streamline and simplify the process for the site engineer and at the same time reduce the management overhead of material bar schedules, elements are built with the same section properties and rebar quantities as part of a group.
A single reinforcement cage type is generated and placed in the formwork. This makes it possible to deal with fewer reinforcement bar lengths and bar shapes.
