A quick tip on how to use Revit File User Tracking History

If you want to see a history of who has been actively working on an Autodesk Revit file, you can find that information in the project history. For any project, if you open the file or a local file, go to Collaborate tab> Manage Models panel> Show History

Then select the file you want to see the history of, and you will get a dialog box showing the history. This won’t tell you what was done, but it will show you who was working on that project at a specific time, based on the username.

If it is a workshared file and a user has added notes in the comments, those will show up also. You can export that list as well.
