Terms & Conditions

GRAITEC Advantage Support + Gold contract agreement has a 12-month term & 10-hour limit (whichever comes soonest) which is automatically managed within the GPS internal business system. The 10-hour limit must be used within the 12-month term and cannot be carried across into any new agreement.

GRAITEC Advantage Support + Silver contract agreement has a 12-month term & 3-hour limit (whichever comes soonest) which is automatically managed within the GPS internal business system. The 3-hour limit must be used within the 12-month term and cannot be carried across into any new agreement. GRAITEC Advantage Support + Silver is eligible only for the following Autodesk products: Revit LT, AutoCAD (Windows only), AutoCAD LT (Windows only).

Support can only be provided on products/functionality that the customer has already received training on. Time allocation will be associated to logging details of the call and gathering information, investigating the issue and identifying a resolution / preparation & provision of on demand training along with communication provided back to the customer. Additional bundles can be purchased upon request e.g., 20hrs, 50hrs & 100hrs.

The Support Level Agreement (SLA) provides support for the current and three (3) previous version of the following Autodesk products: Revit, Revit LT, Navisworks, AutoCAD (Windows only), AutoCAD LT (Windows only), Advance Steel, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Map 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360 (Windows only), Autodesk Vault Basic (client only), Autodesk Vault professional (client only).

All other Autodesk products to be supported for installation and licensing only.
Autodesk Vault (server configuration), advanced SSO configuration, Autodesk Account (management and admin), Autodesk BIM Collaborate, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit Server products are not supported as part of this agreement. Support for these products and “how to questions” are available for an additional charge.
