The GRAITEC Loyalty Program offers benefits to companies whose employees are registered on GRAITEC Advantage. Members earn Loyalty Points for orders placed with GRAITEC, which can be converted into various rewards.
Membership is automatically granted to any company that subscribes to a GRAITEC commercial offer.
No, membership in the GRAITEC Loyalty Program is free of charge and does not obligate the Program Beneficiary in any way.
Loyalty Points are automatically awarded based on the pre-tax value of orders placed with GRAITEC. These points are recorded in a Loyalty account for the beneficiary to use.
Loyalty Points can be converted into benefits for GRAITEC software, training, and consulting services. These benefits may include discounted training courses and reductions on GRAITEC products. Points cannot be monetized or exchanged for cash. Reach out to your regular GRAITEC representative to convert your points into GRAITEC benefits.
You can check your Loyalty Points balance by logging into your customer area on GRAITEC Advantage portal after August 2024.

For points earned before 31.12.2024, the validity period of the Points is two calendar years from the end of the year in which the points were awarded to the Program Beneficiary. For points earned after 01.01.2025, the validity period of the Points is one full calendar year from the end of the year in which the points were awarded to the Program Beneficiary. Points expire on 31.12 of the corresponding year.
The Program Beneficiary, registered on the GRAITEC Advantage portal, determines the use of the Loyalty Points. The points are exclusively for the benefit of the Company that placed the order with GRAITEC and are strictly non-transferable and non-assignable, except with special permission from GRAITEC.
